Foreign Exchange Students
Host a Foreign Exchange Student
The Non-profit, Council for Educational Travel USA (CETUSA) seeks host families for high school foreign exchange students from over 40 countries. Students may arrive in January for the second half of the school year, or in September for one academic year. A local coordinator will work with your family to find the right student fit and make all the arrangements. Exchange fosters global peace and cross cultural understanding and creates lifelong friendships across the globe.
Students come with their own spending money, medical insurance, and an eagerness to learn what makes our country so great. By hosting an international student, your family members can become lifelong cultural Iearners who demonstrate open minds and hearts. Host families provide room and board, some local transportation, and guidance.
Visit the CETUSA website to learn more and find a local coordinator.
